This Michelin-starred restaurant is all about the chef creating a custom experience for his guests. So the layout of the space, which had been a casual dining spot previously, had to be reorganized to put the chef’s open kitchen front-and-center for maximum interaction. We served as general contractor for the restaurant, overseeing its elegant but approachable redesign by Siren Betty Design, as well as the less glamorous essentials like HVAC, plumbing and electrical.

We refinished much of the restaurant’s existing floors and millwork, and also added new display shelving for the chef’s collection of books and curiosities. New light fixtures and decorative tilework round out the restaurant’s new aesthetic.
